Frequently Asked Questions

What are your Main Goals in teaching kids the martial arts?

  1. Mental Self Defense: To teach them “non-violent” ways of dealing with an aggressor or bully — using their brain.  This we call Mental Self Defense stressing the importance of  “Self control” and “Mind-power”.
  2. Physical self defense: To help them with mastering a set of physical skills, so they will be armed with a set of very effective tools, which they may need to use to defend themselves — should the peaceful approach happen to fail.
  3. Fitness and Confidence building:
To help them with their physical/mental development…
    – so they will be fit and athletic enough to excel in any sport or activity they may choose to get involved in.
    – to make sure they are confident enough to say “no” to negative peer pressure and unhealthy choices that they WILL face as they grow up.
    – to instil in them the ability to say “yes I can” and approach every challenge in life with a “positive” mentaility.

From what age do you accept members? 4 +

How long is each session?
45 minutes.   Some classes may be as long as 75 minutes.

What are the charges?
Our programs are “customizable” and the charges depend on many things, for example: Kids? Difficult kids? Mature kids? number of sessions?  Length of the course, type of program, etc.  One size does not fit all but generally somewhere from $68 to $128/month.

All our courses come with a FREE TRIAL phase, and also, some of them come with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!  There are no financial risks, and no high pressured sales here.

If my child is not in the greatest condition? Can he/she still participate?
Sure. Most of the exercises that students are engaged in are easily ‘adjustable’ to match their fitness level and abilities.   If your child is not in greatest condition you have that much more reason to get him/her started Sooner rather than later.  Our training system has been tested and tried for decades and, it’s know worldwide as an effective training ’system’ for phsyical and mental development and fitness.

How does my child benefit from your program?

You can expect:
