This program is mainly comprised of “Classic Karate Basics” and “Fitness kickboxing” with “Boot camp type exercises” in the mix.
Black Belt Fit is a daring dynamic conditioning system; short and sweet sessions that are easily ADJUSTABLE to match YOUR fitness level. Being involved in this program and training regularly you can expect to increase athletic performance, boost your energy energy, and lose weight if you need to, fast, and if you are on the fit side simply tone up and sharpen up your martial arts skills. Black Belt Fit is a proven to physiologically transform your body into a lean, mean, kicking machine!
The idea behind this program is simple: ’Be fit like a Black Belt’ without having to worry about learning all little details that martial arts come with - mainly focused on fitness aspect of martial arts.
Why we designed Black Belt Fit?
a) Black Belt Fit was designed in response to the many failures we’ve witnessed through the years with those who pursued black belt in martial arts, but failed half-way, even when they trained seriously. We learned that those who lost motivation and eventually failed were unable to advance beyond the intermediate level mainly due to lack of FITNESS. Either lack of flexibility, physical weakness, excess weight, poor co-ordination, or a combination of all eventually stopped even some of the most determined players. And in response, was born the Black Belt Fitness System, designed to empower the players and get them fit before it’s too late.
b) we found that there were many martial arts enthusiasts out there who would not consider getting involved because of fear of injuries. So we took sparring out of this program, so there will be no risk of going home with broken bones, or egos, attending these classes. In these classes everyone is encouraged to find and then beat, their ‘own’ limits and weaknesses, rather than trying to beat someone’s record.
Black Belt Fit can be used simply for Fitness, OR may be used to supplement ones training in martial arts, to ensure that they advance in fitness level at the same time as they learn new skills.
