Fitness Kickboxing classes consist of 2-minute bouts of high-intensity, fast paced kicking and/or punching combinations (with a partner) followed by 30 seconds of rest and 30 seconds of calisthenics exercises.

These classes are designed to increase athletic performance,  boost energy, improve speed and coordination, and decrease body fat. Fitness kickboxing is a proven method to physiologically transform your body into a lean, kicking machine!

There is no sparring, no black eyes, and no broken egos in fitness kickboxing. In these classes everyone is there to find and beat their own limits and weaknesses, not to necessarily compete with anyone else.

Fitness Kickboxing can be done recreationally, simply for fun and maintenance of fitness, or can be driven into high gear for much better, extraordinary results!
